I knew I had the better of the two models he made. He is a very good tambura builder.

Hope you have fun in Hrvatska, Branx.

thanks anyway.

Hey Branko,
good to see that you went to see Franic and that he was very helpful. If you don't find a prim I will lend you my Ilija Nikolic prim. Seeming you don't have one and its just sitting there picking up dust. You can use it until you buy a prim and then just return mine. Simple as pie! You should have bought some prim bridges and brac bridges. He can always send it to you in the post. Nema problema.

Good luck with your prim hunt dude.

I am awaiting your arrival downunder.

Later dude

@ circa

He already has the book. I gave it to him a while ago after he built his 1st tambura. I didn't have the book or know him before then.

Are you sure? I've never seen a prim (from Jurković) that looks like this one...

circa_flex 22-05-2008 22:24

yeah its a jurkovic...
sounds pretty good...
but still too new and very bright sounding

PozzSka 01-07-2008 21:35

Hej circa,

ljepa prima, I've never seen a jurkovic like that either, but i like the new look.

Break it in well, it will warm up over time. I've had mine for almost a year and it sounds better and better everytime I play. Very cool!

Bok

Could you, please, put a photo of these mechanics, as well?
Do you know where to buy mechanics like these?
